THE JOB

You'll assist in leading and coaching our Store Colleagues and act as a role model for world class customer service.


You will assist in driving financial performance with sales targets, maintain stock accuracy and ensure full compliance with health and safety.


To become a Health & Wellness specialist you'll embark on a training programme that includes our "Qualified to Advise" and "Healthy Expert" qualifications which are accredited by our awarding body to Level 2 and Level 3.


THE PERSON

  • Previous retail experience
  • Organisation and planning skills to lead a team of colleagues daily
  • Excellent communication
  • The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fastpaced retail environment

  • The ability to complete regular computerbased training to ensure exceptional product knowledge
  • The ability to be agile and flexible to multitask and achieve the best results
