We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced registered nurse (or another relevant healthcare professional) to join our team as the Deteriorating Patient Lead.

This Band 8b role is crucial in ensuring the Trust delivers exceptional care for patients all ages including children and babies excluding neonates experiencing clinical deterioration.

The post holder will have operational and strategic responsibility for critical care outreach teams, sepsis team, rhesus team, hospital at night and implementing and managing Marthas rule across West Herts to ensure business plans, budgets, workforce, and staff development are in place to deliver quality service for the division and Trust.
