Reed HR Oxfordshire are partnering with a leading biotechnology organisation based near to Oxford, who are seeking a HR Coordinator on an interim basis, to support the ongoing growth of the business and its HR operation.


The role of the HR Coordinator looks to offer HR support to the HR Business Partnering team and will act as first point of contact for all HR employee lifecycle enquiries, this will include new starter and leaver processing, maintenance of electronic personnelrecords including right to work checks, offer letters etc, raising of purchase orders, supporting the payroll process, administrative support regarding recruitment activities and supporting all onboarding process.


As the successful applicant, you will ideally have been a HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, HR Officer or Administrator (or similar) in a fast paced environment previously, and have a strong attention to detail.


The role is full time (37.5 hours per week) and will have some flexibility in working from home and in the office, ideally looking for someone to work on site 3-4 days per week with home working for the remainder.

Offices are based in Oxford Science Park,with ample parking.


You will be available to start a short notice (within one week) and be happy to work on a PAYE basis through Reed, paid on a weekly basis.
