We are now recruiting for a Vet Surgeon to join the team at a first opinion small animal practice in the Hereford area of Herefordshire
  • excellent full time opportunity working 4 days a week with a 1 in 4 Saturday rota, no Sundays and no OOH.
  • practice is purpose built and fully equipped with digital X-ray, in-house lab, laser therapy, ultrasound etc.
  • varied caseload as well as exposure in advanced Orthopaedic procedures including TPLO's in house.
  • role offers a great development opportunity and whether you have a surgical or medical bias there is caseload to support this.
  • CPD funding and professional development encouraged and supported
  • join a team of 4 experienced Vets who hold certificates in SA Medicine, SA Surgery and Emergency Medicine.
  • well located in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside, in the heart of the Wye Valley only around 1 hour from the City of Gloucester and 1 hour 30 minutes from Birmingham.
Person Requirements
  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
  • Registered with the RCVS
  • good routine surgical and medical skills.
