We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team.

You will be working closely with Will and the rest of the team, to insure high welfare standards of 400 dairy cows including 350 youngstock.

Responsibilities:

Milking Operations:
Operate and monitor the robotic milking system and milking parlour to ensure smooth milking processes.

Livestock Management:
Assist/Lead in fertility management, foot health and other animal welfare related tasks.

Calf Care:
Feeding, bedding and dehorning of calves, at all ages.

Contribute to the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the farm.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in dairy farming or a related field is a
  must.
• Comfortable working with Uniform, Delpro and Robots, although training can be provided.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Physical fitness and ability to handle outdoor and manual work.
• Passion for animal welfare and sustainable farming practices.
