The Role

As a Security Officer based at the client site your duties will include the following;

Manage access / egress of the client site.

*:

Deliver high levels of customer service.

*:

-
Patrol the client's facility, dealing promptly with any suspicious incidents which may occur onsite.

*:

-
Attend as directed to all incidents and act as a first line response in emergency situations.

*:

-
Respond to incidents for all common areas and inside the clients units when called upon for assistance.

*:

Whilst working nights, respond to any intruder alarms and assist when necessary.

*:

Write reports for any incidents or daily occurrences.

*:

Deal with any visitors to site in a polite and courteous manner.

*:

Log and report calls from or for the client and ensure that the required information is escalated to the relevant persons and responding to general queries.

Monitor the site from a Health and Safety aspect, identifying, reporting any shortcomings to line-management and or client.

Operate the CCTV network cameras and maintain the videotape management system.

*:

Deal with general queries made by the customers/ general public or client as and when necessary.

About You

Previous security experience:

  • A valid front
  • line security guarding, door supervision or close protection SIA license
*:

-
Good written and oral communication

*:

-
Knowledge and experience with security systems and other related tech:


  • Great attention to detail and a consistent approach:

A team player with good customer service skills
