I have a client based in
Hertford who is looking for an
IT Support Engineer who has experience with 2nd Line support, Windows, Wi-Fi Networks, Android, XML files, Programming and high level of customer serviceskills on a permanent basis.

Our client is offering the successful
IT Support Engineer salary up to
£35,000 based on experience.

This role will be remote first with the expectation of coming into the office once every 2 to 4 weeks, so you will need to be able to travel into the Office in Hertford as often as this.
We are looking for someone at 2nd line level who demonstrates leadership skills.

This position reports to the Service Delivery Manager and we are needing someone who is not only technical but very customer service orientated.


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Good mix of both technical background and high level customer service
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Basic networking skills including an understanding of WIFI networks
  • Knowledge of Operating systems including Windows & Android
  • Experience working with setting up and troubleshooting PC systems
  • Understanding XML files for troubleshooting
  • Programming skills are desirable but not essential
