Job Description: Klick is in search of a motivated and scientifically astute Freelance Associate Medical Strategist to join our vibrant team. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to our medical strategy endeavors, broadening your knowledge across various products and disease areas. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing and refining content while spearheading innovative approaches to position our brands distinctively in the medical landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Take charge of client interactions related to medical aspects, serving as a key strategic partner by translating intricate scientific data into clear, impactful messages.
  • Content Development: Offer expertise for agency-owned brands, aiding in the creation and drafting of medical content for proposals and pitches.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of therapeutic landscapes, furnishing comprehensive competitive analyses and strategic insights to internal and client teams.
  • Client Engagement: Effectively present scientific findings and actively engage in strategic planning sessions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and bolstering brand significance.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role or 4+ years in the pharmaceutical or life sciences consulting sector.
  • Advanced degree in a scientific/medical field (preferably a PhD or medical degree).
  • Demonstrated experience in an agency environment, with a proven track record in medical strategy and client advisory.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for persuasion and influence.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities, proficient in handling multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience in a managerial role.
