Job Description:
- Lead and develop the internal communications strategy
- Confidently communicate strategic direction and key projects to the wider team
- Effectively embed the vibrant culture into messaging to ensure it is understood
- Liaise and collaborate with team members
- Line manage a communications executive to enhance results and content
- Improve and develop the use of internal communication channels, including Events, Webinars, Articles, Newsletters, Teams Live etc.
- Strong internal communications experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external senior stakeholders
- Project manage multiple tasks at one time with time discipline and attention to detail
- 2+ years of internal communications marketing experience
- £42-50k
