Description
The interim HR Advisor will:
Provide HR advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations issues.
Implement and develop HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
Manage complex HR cases, including disciplinary and grievance issues.
Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Support the Head of HR in various HR projects and initiatives.
Facilitate training and development programs for staff.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
Mentor and support the HR administrator
Profile
The successful HR Advisor will have:
A degree in Human Resources or related field, or CIPD level 5, or proven relevant experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
A high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
Able to start a new role by mid/end June.
Job Offer
This maternity cover HR Advisor role offers a great part time opportunity. Our client is open to looking at hours from two to four days a week.
A competitive salary package in the range of £35-45,000 FTE p/a
Flexible part time hours, 15-30 hours per week.
Leeds based with some home working available.
A supportive and collaborative work environment.
A start date mid to end of June 2024
