Job Purpose

  • Cash collection of customer debts on time.

The collection specialist has the following main responsibilities:

  • Daily follow up of late payments
  • Elaborate improvements to make more customers pay on time Identify potential problems in the payment profile of customers and dealing with those in a proactive way
  • The main objectives are to increase cash flow, decrease risks on late payments, decrease bad debt write offs, reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and decrease overdue level (
