Hours:

37 hours per week

Can you help us to put the

PLUS in Property Plus?

We currently have a great opening for a Technical Inspector to join our successful in-house Housing Maintenance team to propose diagnostic solutions and raise works orders and inspections to effectively resolve defects in the context of repairs and maintenance.

Do you have an HNC in a construction discipline?
Do you have experience of defect diagnosis within domestic buildings?
Do you have knowledge of environmental and property legislation?

Then we may have the perfect role for you


We will provide you with a company vehicle for this role, therefore it is essential that you hold a Full UK Driving licence.
