Essential:
experience working wthin residential sector / degree-educated in commercial discipline

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining cost control and accurate costing throughout development projects.
Compile cost and cash flow reports; prepare tender documents and procure sub-contractors.
Process subcontract orders, payments, and variations.
Support commercial aspects concerning Registered Social Landlords (RSLs).Attend team meetings and handle general administration.
Maintain filing systems and databases; ensure compliance with company policies and IT systems.
Assist in compiling required weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Stay informed about new materials and construction methods.
Qualifications and SkillsStudying or recently qualified in surveying; must carry a valid CSCS card.
Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient with MS Office and Excel; good written English.
Clear communicator, able to work under pressure and on own initiative.
Strong time management skills and ability to multitask.
Team player with a professional and pleasant manner.
Be aware of new materials and construction methods.
