We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team to lead on the development of our volunteer base, to facilitate engagement and involvement of local people in our work and to help people who need information and signposting to services.


  • Experience of recruiting, supporting, developing and motivating volunteers to gather experiences of health and social care effectively
  • Experience of working with different communities and engaging the public, of all ages, both facetoface and online
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including reportwriting


The role is based at our office at Barleythorpe, Oakham, working flexibly from home and in community settings as required.


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 24-30 per week

Salary:
Up to £24,000.00 per year
