You must have your own transport ( car, bike or live within walking distance ) as public transport does not work with shift times.


Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 06:00am-14:30pm and

14:00pm-22:30pm rotating weekly shift.

To Monitor and Control Warehouse operatives, so that all duties and operations are being performed as effectively as possible. Provide support to the warehouse manager as required. Ensure that production and mixing is stocked correctly so that the lines are running efficiently.

  • Manage the storage, handling and issuing of raw materials/packaging in a timely manner to production or mixing.
  • Very Hands on approach
  • Manage the warehouse team members, ensuring any targets set are achieved.
  • Manage and optimise the segregation of raw materials, packaging and finished goods.
  • Maintains available racking space by organising deliveries in the most efficient way.
  • Ensure that stock perpetual counts are conducted to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Using the warehouse management system(guns) to accurately record all stock movements within the Warehouse setting.
  • Report all near misses/possible hazards/damage to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Ensure all relevant information is shared at shift handover.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety in the warehouse including all equipment.
  • Ensure Good Manufacturing Practice is completed, and corrective actions done.
  • Ensure all check sheets are completed and any issues raised.
  • Conduct staff training and briefings, ensuring best practice is adhered to.
  • Take an active part in stocktaking.
  • Manage staff holidays and absences, including return to work meetings, reporting these to the warehouse manager.
  • Carry on with investigations, handling incidents and accident reports.
  • Taking a part in Risk Assessments and creating safe systems of work.
  • Any other duties that may be required by the business.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Experience of working in a fastpaced production environment.
  • Previous knowledge in warehouse functions essential
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to work well on their own and as well as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Good attitude towards teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Flexible approach to change
  • Knowledge of, SAP, Excel is advantageous
  • Computer and Mathematical literacy
