Main duties
- To supervise the running of the reception and carparking
- To ensure all guests receive an excellent welcome and that you consistently deliver great service

- To process the booking in of site visitors in accordance with local clearance procedures using client
- Use computer as an effective communication tool, inputting data as requested into excel and word
- Ability to identify and escalate building maintenance issues/hazard perception
- Attend training as appropriate/online/out of house/selfdevelopment
- To handle any guest complaints and provide a swift solution or escalate as appropriate
- To ensure you are immaculately dressed in uniform and adhere to Client and Signature grooming
- To portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour at all times, using open and appropriate
- To be articulate and preempt the needs of clients and visitors
- To effectively deliver to all guests, Health and Safety and building information as necessary including
- To communicate effectively with other departments and neighbouring Mitie sites
- To communicate professionally with residents of the building (inc. buildingwide messages) and the client,
- To be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of your allocated area including any filing and next shift
- To efficiently report any maintenance, IT or Health and Safety concerns to the relevant department
- To maintain and actively utilise a portfolio of information to assist with client queries for example,
- To actively complete departmental checklists ensuring quality of service and standards pertaining to the
- To assist in any other reasonable duties as required by your colleagues, Managers or client
SC clearance
Flexible and proactive
Passionate about exceptional customer service.
Experienced in Front of House or Reception ideally gained within a corporate or 5 Star hotel environment.
Ability to build positive relations with colleagues, guests and clients.
Able to interact with all levels of personnel, including Senior Executives within the client organisation.
Able to work off their own initiative and with mínimal direction.
Confidently able to manage emergency situations and make decisions as required.
Strong team player with a commitment to support their colleagues.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Exceptionally organised and skilled in multi-tasking.
High attention to detail.
Working knowledge and competent in the use of Microsoft Office software
An understanding of Audio Visual and IT systems and the ability to explain this accurately to customers
Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook E-mail)
To be able to move heavy / bulky items safely
A clear understanding of Health & Safety practices
Customer focused with the ability to build positive relationships
Enthusiastic and conscientious approach to all Site Support related tasks
