We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, competent HLTA, willing to work hard and respond positively to the challenges of day to day school life.

They will be innovative and creative in their engagement with children whilst recognising the diversity we have in our wonderful community.

As a strong active team player, with good communication skills and an adaptable approach, the role requires a passionate attitude to making a positive impact.

What we are looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in delivering agreed learning intervention programs; adjusting activities according to pupil need to support and enrich learning
  • Ability to deliver pastoral support within the school to address the needs of pupils who need help to overcome barriers to learning.
  • Experience in behaviour and anger management strategies
  • Relevant Vocational Qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning
