A top ten accountancy practice with a growing wealth management arm and are seeking a motivated and experienced Financial Planner to join our team based in Surrey.

As a Financial Planner, you will be responsible for providing expert financial planning adviceto a portfolio of high net worth clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial reviews and assessments with clients to understand their financial objectives and risk tolerance
  • Develop and implement tailored financial plans for clients, taking into account their personal circumstances and future aspirations
  • Recommend and advise on appropriate financial products, such as investments, pensions, and insurance, to meet clients' financial goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing review and advice to ensure their financial plans remain on track
  • Conduct research and keep uptodate with market and regulatory developments to ensure clients receive the most appropriate and uptodate advice
  • Attend client meetings, both in person and virtually, and provide presentations on financial planning topics
  • Work closely with colleagues within the accountancy practice to provide a holistic service to clients

Requirements:

  • Qualified Financial Planner (Chartered, CII, or equivalent) with at least 5 years of experience in financial planning
  • Knowledge of financial planning products, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to provide tailored financial planning solutions to clients
  • Experience with hybrid working and the ability to work effectively both in the office and remotely
