Time Type: Full time
- Undertake a range of duties to provide effective support to internal claims handling teams
- Adhere to agreed processes and procedures to ensure accurate recording and processing of
- information.
- Operate an effective 'helpline' facility to clients to provide a high standard of client care
- Respond to client requests in accordance with service standards
- Develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain databases and documentation including the logging of new claims within agreed service levels, to allow the Claims team to offer an excellent standard of serve
- Conduct a continuous review of the status of all outstanding claims
- Excellent organizational and analytical skill able to prioritize
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate level of understanding of Word and Excel
- Advantages if you have a Basic understanding of insurance and reinsurance with specific reference to the relevant class of business
