Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to a small group of pupils with dyslexia and ADHD in numeracy and literacy.
  • Plan and facilitate small group activities tailored to enhance numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Monitor progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary to ensure student success.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with pupils with dyslexia and ADHD preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective small group activities.
  • Flexibility, patience, and empathy towards students' individual needs.
