Light Assembly Coating Operative

Location: Rugby (Central Park)

Salary: £13.35 per hour (+ shift allowance)

Schedule: Rotating shifts with an early finish on Fridays

About the Company: Join a dynamic engineering company in Rugby as an Assembly Coating Operative. This role involves applying chemical coatings to ceramic products in a clean room environment.

  • Must have at least 12 months of light assembly experience in engineering or a clean room.
  • Work with small, delicate, and expensive products.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments and perform visual inspections.
  • Follow engineering drawings and job sheets.
  • Day shift initially for training, then rotating shifts after 3 weeks.
  • Local candidates from Rugby preferred with machine operating or light assembly background.
  • Clean, warm, and dry working environment.
