We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager

Join our client, a prominent marketing execution company specializing in crafting captivating narratives that elevate brands to new heights throughout the UK. Their comprehensive approach encompasses research, business technology, design services, print production, procurement, and fulfillment, all conveniently housed under one roof.

About the Position:

  • Plan and oversee technical projects in physical marketing such as print campaigns, retail setups, exhibitions, and events.
  • Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary client interface, handling and understanding project needs.
  • Ensure uniformity and excellence in physical marketing materials.
  • Establish procedures to prevent errors.
  • Efficiently allocate and supervise project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Identify and tackle potential project risks and challenges, implementing backup plans when necessary.
  • Continuously enhance workflows for improved efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation.
  • Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects align with industry standards such as data protection and environmental sustainability.
  • Manage supplier relationships and participate in contract negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Solid grasp of technical aspects related to physical marketing, printing processes, materials, manufacturing, and design principles.
  • Background in project management, design, or production management.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Capable of establishing and maintaining professional networks.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)
  • 1 day work-from-home option per week (scheduled in advance)
  • 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Company pension scheme
