Our Sales Advisors are flexible, dynamic and brand ambassadors for Fenwick, you will build rapport with each customer ensuring they have the best in-store experience.

  • Creating a sense of individuality and hospitality for each client, going above and beyond to deliver an unmatched experience and ensure they feel special and welcomed.
  • Collaborating confidently with various departments within the store and thirdparty service providers, fostering a cooperative environment.
  • Staying updated on the launch of new experiences and seizing opportunities to expand knowledge and share with both clients and colleagues.
  • Taking responsibility for all administrative tasks within the Concierge Team, ensuring efficient operations.
