We are ambitious and looking for a good all-rounder, must be competent at all aspects of bricklaying and plastering preferably can turn their hand to most things.


Job description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Brickwork e.g. repairing existing brickwork or complete rebuilds
  • Roofing e.g. removal and repair of damaged tiles, moss removal, replacing roofing timbers
  • All aspects of joinery e.g. fitting windows and doors, skirting boards, making timber frames
  • Undertaking all repair/renewal works
  • Ensure the safe, effective use of tools and plant ensuring they are regularly maintained and serviced and supervisor is notified of any loss or damage
  • Compliance with all company policy and procedures
  • Understand and abide with the Health & Safety regulations and ensure all work practices are safe
  • Carry out risk assessments, reporting bad practice and dangerous occurrences to supervisor
  • Present a positive image for LPB Building, wearing corporate work wear whilst working
  • To deliver quality workmanship within your specific trades and without close supervision
  • Working solely on certain tasks
  • Working in partnership with other operatives to complete certain tasks
  • On completion of work inspect quality and be satisfied before leaving the customer

We are looking for a Multi-trader with the following skills and experience:

  • Relevant experience in similar roles
  • Friendly, approachable and wellpresented
  • Available to interview immediately
  • Good understanding of: Brickwork, Plastering, Roofing, Joinery
  • Must have Multiple trades
You will be working between 7.30am-4pm with 30 min for lunch and will receive £120 per day.

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Northwich: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
