Role Overview:

As a Principle .NET Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of software solutions and leading a team of talented developers. The business believes in empowering employees to excel, and this position provides the perfect platform for senior developers to transition into team leadership and architectural responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled .NET developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Drive the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions, ensuring they align with the company's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and quality assurance, to deliver exceptional products to clients.
  • Take ownership of software architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security of the applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance code quality and maintain coding standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, advocating for their implementation when relevant.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing performance and ensuring smooth application functionality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a .NET developer, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to guide and inspire a team of developers.
  • Extensive knowledge of software architecture and design principles, with a focus on building scalable and robust applications.
  • Expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Azure, and other Microsoft-stackrelated technologies.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience working with databases and SQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
