As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients over the phone.


Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, concerns, and complaints
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with customers at all times
  • Up sell products or services when appropriate to maximize sales opportunities
  • Analyse customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow call center scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service
  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and resolving issues promptly
  • Adhere to phone etiquette guidelines to ensure professional communication

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to analyse customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service

Pay:
From £24,241.54 per year
