If you join us, your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions on our platform, guiding customers to maximize the benefits of open-source data collection and analysis, and tackling daily problem-solving tasks. Moreover, you will liaise between customers and our product team, articulating feedback and requirements effectively.

We value individuals who are adept at researching, exploring, and integrating new technologies to enhance our services. Ideal candidates should possess experience in gathering public information, producing open-source intelligence, conducting internet investigations, or engaging in thorough online research.

Additionally, familiarity with managing customer expectations, forging relationships in high-pressure environments, and delivering training workshops will be beneficial. An interest in global current affairs and advancements in information technology is also highly valued.

A respectful, lawful, and transparent approach to data handling is essential for this role. Bonus points are awarded for expertise in social network analysis and knowledge of various web investigation techniques.

If you have experience in analysis fields like all-source, business intelligence, geopolitical risk, or have worked as a research consultant, security risk manager, or law enforcement investigator, we'd love to hear from you.

Prior exposure to SaaS, cyber, or digital consultancy environments, data analytics, network analysis, and software development methodologies is advantageous.
