Nature Eva is a specialist company that provides professional hair care products and treatments. We were founded in Finland in 2012 and since then have expanded to more than 20 countries worldwide.

Our headquarters are based here In the UK and as our company grows globally, our team here in the UK is looking for some a new employee to grow with us.

CANDIDATE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who is passionate about hair and maximising sales leads while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will need to be a Level 2 hairdresser with experience in working with different products.

You will be trained and certified on all our products to be able to demonstrate and assist new clients with using our unique straightening and botox products.

As a Sales Representative, your role is to be a public-facing representative of Nature Eva. Whether it be at events, conferences, business to business or residentially. Your primary responsibilities will be to drive sales through proactive outreach and relationship building. This includes making outbound calls to potential clients, nurturing warm leads and capitalising on hot leads to close deals.

You will play a crucial role in forming strong customer relationships by providing exceptional assistance and support throughout the sales process.

This requires you to understand the customers needs, addressing inquires and guiding them through product options.

This role would be suited to someone that has a drive to succeed and is self motivated.
The role will allow you to unleash your sales skills and generate unlimited income based on your performance.

In addition to your sales-related duties you will also be involved in handling office duties such as administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.

Work hours are between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

We offer full product training and in-depth coaching is provided.

Salary based on experience.

• Bilingual to speak with international clients.
• Sales experience
