Preoperative Practitioner

The main purpose of the Pre-Operative Assessment Practitioner is to
participate in the screening and pre-assessment of patients
undergoing elective procedures under a variety of anaesthetic
techniques to ensure safety, quality and thorough patient preparation.
Promote good working relationships and collaborative working with
the multi-disciplinary team, both within the department and the rest of
the Trust.
