We are currently in search of a Teaching Assistant to join a primary school located in Redditch.



Contract Details:
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM (Term Time Only)
  • Final Salary: Based on experience

Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant:
  • Supporting the class teacher in creating engaging lessons that spark curiosity and nurture a passion for learning.
  • Providing individual and small group assistance to students, guiding them with their assignments and school tasks.
  • Adapting teaching methods to address the varied learning requirements of students, including those with special educational needs and English as an additional language.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

  • Previous experience in an educational setting
  • Possession of a QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or relevant teaching qualification.
