We are looking for Service & Repair subcontract engineers to join our team at a Domestic, Private Housing Gas Client in Newport. You will be responsible for carrying out annual service visits and domestic appliance repairs in Private Domestic Properties. This is a long-term subcontract opportunity working with reputable companies like British Gas and other Private Insurance companies.

Job Details:

  • Complete approximately 8 jobs per day
  • Minimum of 3 days per week
  • Contract secured for the next 5 years

Requirements:

  • Own Van & Tools
  • ACS (including HTR1 & CKR1)
  • Gas Safe Certificate
  • Gas Safe Card (Front and Back)
  • Calibrated Analyser Certificate
  • Public Liability Insurance (£5m)
  • Driving Licence Card
  • Business Motor Insurance Certificate
  • Clean DBS
  • Upper Tier Waste Carrier License

Onboarding Process:

  • No interview process, only a booked 3-day induction
  • £100 payment for each induction day
  • Documentation required for onboarding
  • Van Stock (£3,000), PDA Tablet, and Uniform provided

Payment Details:

Engineers are paid every Friday, 1 week in arrears, either into a Limited business bank account for Limited Companies or CIS via an Umbrella company for Sole Traders.
