New opportunity for a Waiter joining a lovely Hotel on the outside of York.

Under the guidance of the Restaurant Managers/ Bar Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service is consistently delivered in the Restaurant areas.

The main purpose of the role is to ensure that our guests are provided with a friendly, professional, and unobtrusive service during their dining experience.

Role:

• Consistently seize any selling opportunities to drive the business forward and exceed budget.
• Provide higher levels of guest service by operating the department in absence of managers and supervisors
• Assist the Managers with the training of every team member.
• Ensure self and team members meet and exceed guest expectations and are

encouraged to provide a "can do" attitude to service.

• Provide focus, direction, and coordination to the team to ensure that the guest

journey is seamless and delivers the best Guest experience.

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the restaurant and Back of House,

following cleaning rotas.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years as a waiter in a fine dining restaurant
• Working rights for the UK
• Flexible working hours

Salary:
£12.00-£13.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
