About Our Client:

Our clients details are confidential. Their office is based in Frodsham.

The main responsibilities of the Administrator are:

  • Data entry, inputting, updating and verifying information on master database.
  • Uploading and updating information onto the companies CRM system
  • Administration duties.
  • Admin support to the Director and Sales staff.
  • Managing stock and ordering stationary
  • Updating suppliers, chasing them and arranging finance agreements
  • Accounts support with billing, invoicing, expenses and communicating with suppliers and vendors

The Successful Applicant:

The successful Administrator will posses:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self motivated and well organised
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to work on your own initiative
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong Microsoft office skills.
