About Our Client:
Our clients details are confidential. Their office is based in Frodsham.
The main responsibilities of the Administrator are:
- Data entry, inputting, updating and verifying information on master database.
- Uploading and updating information onto the companies CRM system
- Administration duties.
- Admin support to the Director and Sales staff.
- Managing stock and ordering stationary
- Updating suppliers, chasing them and arranging finance agreements
- Accounts support with billing, invoicing, expenses and communicating with suppliers and vendors
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Administrator will posses:
- Excellent communication skills
- Self motivated and well organised
- Flexible approach to work and ability to work on your own initiative
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong Microsoft office skills.
