We are currently looking for individuals who have an interest in working with customers who have mental health, or learning disability support needs.


We are currently looking for 2 x 20-hour Support Workers to join us at our Nairn and Orkney premises (learning disability) and 1 x 30-hour individual to join us at the Bullring (mental health, some learning disability needs).

Both sites are based close to each other near the hospital in Nuneaton enjoying excellent transport links within the local community.


As 24/7 services we work across a 7-day rota including weekdays, weekends, bank holidays, there may be occasional sleep-in requirements.

Your work will be vital to ensure the safety and support of our customer base who have varying needs. This key role will also help the service to be prepared for the following day.


Whilst each day can be different you will be there to support our customers with areas such as, personal care, administering of medication and ensuring their safety.

You will need to be comfortable keeping accurate records and reporting any issues to the Service Manager.


When you join you will be an integral part of a small and friendly team, who will support your training to ensure you are successful in your role.


You'll be a good communicator and able to provide emotional support to our customers through uncertainty; ensuring they feel comfortable and secure through offering support, advice, and guidance.


You'll be happy to provide personal care to male and female customers and ideally have studied or be studying towards your level 2 care certificate.

Confident, reliable, and motivated by seeing your customers being supported with dignity are the supportive qualities you will need.


If you're new to care, we'll introduce and equip you with both the academic knowledge and practical experience to build your career in the care sector.
