A highly successful and well-established company experiencing considerable growth and increasing their profile in the UK are now seeking for the first time to recruit an HR Benefits & Visa Advisor to work in their substantial HR team.


Reporting to the HR Operations Manager to support their ambitious growth plans, this is a very exciting time to join this organisation as they seek to recruit someone who has considerable Visa experience and knowledge/interest in Benefits.


THE ROLE:


Reporting to the HR Operations Manager working as part of the HR team, the HR Benefits Visa Advisor will be responsible for developing and administering the company benefits offering with a real focus on supporting colleagues through the UK Visa and immigration process.

(It is important that you have considerable experience looking after Visas and had regular interaction with the Home Office and previous experience working through a benefits Portal with the capability to further develop it)

Role Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing administrating the company benefits offering across the group.


Monitoring and updating the benefits Portal, using the portals monthly reports, dealing with benefits partners, developing their benefits portfolio, along with responding to all colleague's queries received through the benefits portal.


THE CANDIDATE:
Previous experience required in a "Reward / Benefits Role"

General understanding of HR systems and previous experience working with Benefits Portals

Considerable knowledge and experience of Visa processing and requirements

Experience of UK Visas and immigrations SMS

Essential to this role is previous experience and over all responsibility of allocating/processing Visas and working with the Home Office

Experience and capability to oversee and further develop the company benefits portal.
