About Us:
My client is a reputable healthcare provider based at Colchester Hospital. They are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join their team.

This role is crucial as you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, setting the tone for their experience at the clinic.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:
" Customer Service:
Welcome visitors and patients to the clinic, offering refreshments and ensuring a positive first impression.
" Administrative Support:
Accurately input administrative data into the company's business administration systems to ensure efficient service delivery.
" Financial Responsibilities:
Participate in the billing process, including taking payments, providing receipts, and ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures.
" Facility Management:

Ensure public areas of the clinic are clean and tidy, manage the delivery of post and supplies, and remain vigilant of security.

" Patient Pathway Management:
Proactively manage patients' administrative pathways to support the delivery of clinical services.

Essential Qualifications and Abilities:
" Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
" Good standard of literacy and numeracy.
" Accuracy in administrative tasks with attention to detail and quality.
" Computer literacy.
" Ability to work under pressure, highly motivated, and flexible.
" Calm and professional approach.

Desired Skills and Experience:
" Experience working in a private healthcare environment.
" Experience managing customer concerns and complaints.
" Strong attention to detail and quality in administrative tasks

Personal Requirements:
" Smart and attentive to personal appearance.
" Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely.
" Confident, calm, and polite demeanour.
" Ability to work to a high standard under pressure.
" Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
