What you will do as a Bartender

  • Providing friendly, courteous and professional service to all internal and external guests
  • Retaining and maintaining complete knowledge of all beverage menu items
  • Encouraging teamwork and communication with other colleagues
  • Ensuring standardisation and consistent beverage preparation, presentation and quality
  • Being able to operate the Micros system competently and efficiently
  • Ensuring that all floats are checked and correct at the beginning and end of shift and informing the Bar Manager if there is a discrepancy
