London, Greater London, United Kingdom Apple Inc. Full time
The people here at Apple don't just create products—they create the kind of wonder that's revolutionised entire industries.

It's the diversity of those people and their ideas that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do, from amazing technology to industry-leading environmental efforts.

Apple's Sales organisation generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. Our Sales team is, in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.
The EMEIA Digital team develops programs and strategies that enable businesses to transform the way people work.

We collaborate closely with internal and external partners to craft plans that scale the business and adoption of the Apple ecosystem.

As the EMEIA Digital Data & Tech Enablement Manager, you will develop and implement digital data strategies, processes and infrastructure to ensure seamless data flow, accessibility and usability for digital initiatives Description
The successful candidate in this role will:

  • driven decision making
  • Ensure ongoing data compliance and integrity, championing operational best practices with our Channel partners and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure EMEIA technology roadmap aligns to the WW Digital best practices on content, data & analytics integration, testing & optimisation approaches
  • Manage and optimise digital platforms, tools and technologies, championing data security/privacy, UX/UI experience, seamless data flow and interoperability
  • Identify data sources, collection methods, and integration requirements (partner or 3P data) to ensure the availability of accurate & relevant digital data
  • Establish & maintain data governance processes & frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity & compliance with regulations & standards (eg. data privacy)
  • Collaborate with WW teams to implement data management tools and technologies to enable efficient data capture, storage, retrieval and analysis
  • Champion implementation of scalable data integration solutions, working closely with technical and WW teams to support data infrastructure optimisation efforts (data warehouses, data lakes, pipelines etc)
  • Serve as a SME and trusted advisor on digital data and technology related matters providing guidance to support stakeholders & staying up to date on digital trends
  • Provide training & support to business users on data, tools and technologies to foster literacy and technology adoption within the organisation

You do this by asking why and why not, both stripping out what is not essential and identifying what is.

At Apple, things aren't always clear but you shift gears and thrive when asked to explore new ground, rather than waiting on others.
