The Purpose of the Role:

  • To provide administration support to the Post Office Limited Inquiry Team and Historical Matters Legal Team
  • To work closely with Historical Matters (HM) Executive Coordinator to accomplish daily tasks, and handle a wide range of activities, including managing daily enquiries from Post Office internal stakeholders
  • To conduct the administration in relation to business as usual activities in the Inquiry team
  • To work as part of the Inquiry Team to support Post Office Ltd and its current and former Postmasters, following the conclusion of the Group Litigation Order and associated judgement.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Liaise with the People Support Team to ensure new starters are welcomed into the team
  • General support using / approving our internal HR Database SuccessFactors for all HR / People related tasks and queries, including sick leave
  • Ensure line management is correct in Success Factors for Inquiry Team and HMU Legal Team
  • Monitor holiday / non working day trackers
  • Monitor training requirements in Success Factors and follow up with the team where required

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience working in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • Able to adapt to different ways of working and different personalities
