We are a family run refrigeration company who have been established for over 30 years with long standing relationships with some of the biggest pub brands as well as offices, showrooms and warehouses.
We have a team of over 30 engineers covering the UK andare proud of our reputation and having a team of long servicing employees.
Due to growth in the business we are now ready to take the next step and are recruiting for an experienced Refrigeration Service Manager to based from our office in Slough.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning of engineers, materials, equipment and permits
- Working closely with Director and Engineering Supervisor managing a team of Refrigeration/Air Conditioning engineer who work UK Wide
- To ensure that the SLA's and KPI's are achieved.
- Develop strategic plans to complete work load.
- Using CRM
- The ability to achieve effective working relationships with internal and external customers at all levels.
- Promote and realise the potential held within the department to generate revenue and maximise profit.
- Ensure Health and Safety is followed at all times and complied with at all times.
- Working with the office ensuring quotes are sent out and works are being scheduled
- Provide technical support over the phone
