Fox Morris are working with Bromley Council in relations to finding a Housing Support Officer (Rent Arrears/Housing Benefits) to start work ASAP

Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with customers and external services enable the effective set up and closure of rent accounts, ensuring that queries relating to arrears, housing benefit and personal payments are responded to in a timely fashion.
  • Maximising income and minimising customer arrears and/or financial loss to the Council.
You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.
