As a Pre-Construction Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing projects valued up to £10 million, encompassing construction and refurbishment schemes across various frameworks.

Collaborating with a diverse team, you'll lead pre-construction services, ensuring successful project delivery from tender to handover.


Support the Senior Pre-Construction Manager in delivering pre-construction services, offering leadership, guidance, and team management during the bidding stage and throughout pre-construction service agreements.


  • Coordinate pre-construction activities, managing processes from tender issue to operational handover.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and achieve key project milestones.
  • Contribute to bid writing processes, developing strategies to meet quality requirements.
  • Engage with clients to instil confidence in project execution capabilities.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • CSCS Card
  • Degree in construction or engineering, or equivalent
  • Previous pre-construction experience on projects up to £10m
  • Record of successful multi-project delivery
  • Commercial and contractual awareness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and other software
  • Full UK driver's license
