An established credit hedge fund is looking to hire a Sales Support Associate into their IR team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in all aspects of sales support/client servicing.
  • Organise investor meetings and roadshows.
  • Produce and respond to DDQs.
  • Organise and maintain the CRM.
  • Support the team with strategy and business development to drive growth of the investor base.
  • Assist in the fundraising of current and upcoming funds across the platform by maintaining prospect lists and identifying credible new investors.
  • Drive development of client partnerships across Europe through the use of online sources and databases (e.g., Preqin).
  • Manage monthly and quarterly investor transparency reporting.

Ideal Experience and Personal Qualities:

  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing role within the asset management industry.
  • Proven attention to detail.
  • Open-minded, curious, with a critical way of thinking.
  • Experience working with a CRM platform.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work accurately and prioritise effectively under pressure.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong academic credentials.
