Our client, a privately owned Franchised Dealership in Bedford has the requirement for an experienced Service Manager to join their established team.


ResponsibilitiesAs a Service Manager Workshop Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Organise, coach, motivate and lead your workshop team
  • Ensuring the very highest levels of customer service every time.
  • Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation
  • Dealing with customers face to face and by telephone
  • Assist Service Advisors during busy periods

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

This role would suit a "hands on" Service Manager, or an aspiring Workshop Manager/Workshop Controller who is looking to take their next step in management.


Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' Service Manager / Workshop Manager experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary £30,000
  • On Target Earnings £37,000
  • Company Car

Working Hours:

  • Monday
  • Friday 8.30am 5.30pm
  • Saturdays (1 in am pm
