About the Opportunity
Studio Retail has embarked on a transformation journey, that has already reaped incredible commercial success.

We are looking for an ambitious Lead Stylist to discover, imagine and style fashion photography and video across all clothing and footwear ranges that promotes the products and brand in way that drives customer interest and generates sales - embedding the Studio brand.

Leading and paving the way for fashion stylists to stay up to date with current and future trends, on brand styling and maximising creativity, alongside developing and mentoring the fashion styling team.

What will you be doing?

• Excellent understanding of briefs and creative concepts
• Full accountability for the styling team and outputs
• Commercial awareness on maintaining budgets and the existing props and samples
• Excellent competitor and trend awareness to stay ahead of the game creatively
• Leading and managing a culture of high performance and the potential of people is maximised

• Proven track record in working in a fast paced, pressurised environment
• Highly creative
• Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
• Ability to mentor and manage a team
• Ability to style still life clothing, Flat lay, Mannequin, footwear for ecom
• Excellent creative still life styling skills
• Flexibility to deal with conflicting demands
• Create and an ideas generator
• Excellent awareness and understanding of trends
• Organised in approach
• Ability to share and learn from each other
• Good team worker
• Having the ability to get stuck in
