CNC Lathe Programmer, Setter, and Operator

Position Title:
CNC Lathe Programmer, Setter, and Operator

We are looking a experienced and highly skilled CNC Lathe Programmer, Setter, and Operator with expertise in Fanuc controls.

This role requires a meticulous individual who can work from engineering drawings to produce both small and large batches, ensuring all parts meet strict quality standards.

Develop and optimise CNC lathe programs using Fanuc controls.
Set up CNC lathes for production runs, ensuring all settings are correct.
Operate CNC lathes to produce precision parts.
Maintain high standards of quality by regularly inspecting parts using all relevant measuring equipment (e.g.

, Quality Control:

Identify and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.

Perform routine maintenance on CNC lathes to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

  • Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Programmer, Setter, and Operator.
technical certification or associate degree in machining, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of [3] years of experience in CNC lathe programming, setting, and operating.
