Main Responsibilities:

  • Take the training for any new apprentices.
  • Manage workload and working to deadlines to ensure all projects are completed in full and on time.
  • Sup to make sure they are progressing in the company.
  • Manage your daily training schedule.
  • Make sure the team is working to health and safety standards.
  • Help with Welding and fabricating if needed.
  • Have previous 2 years' experience in a similar role and/or qualified in the field
  • Follow all health & safety SOPs to ensure a safe working environment
  • Skilled MIG Welder
  • Have good communication & organisational skills
