THB is a national supplier of Highways and Civils services, that works on a number of high-profile contracts nationwide.

Due to expansion, the business is searching for an IT Manager to manage the IT operations and drive forwards its technology initaitives.

This is an exciting opportunity for an IT professional looking to take the next step of their career in a stand-alone role, working closely with the senior management team.

The purpose of the role is to take ownership of the management of the company's IT systems, data management and compliance and support programmes.

You will continually analyse the company's requirements in these areas at a strategic level, making proactive recommendations to the senior management team on improvements and enhancements and then project managing their delivery.

The successful candidate will be a reliable professional with the ability to build effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, able to communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues and who is not afraid to speak their mind and stand by their decisions.

You will possess experience in IT support services, showcasing expertise in networking and server management.

You will be tasked with prioritising excellence in service delivery from external partners, all while offering comprehensive support for the organisation's IT systems and project execution.

Key Responsibilities * Provision of 1st to 3rd line support to users, collaborating with third-party managed service providers as necessary.

* Comprehensive IT support across all levels of the business. * Responsible for the day-to-day administration of hardware and software, including deployment and replacement for end-users. * Management of user accounts and identities. * Active involvement in Cybersecurity oversight. * Development and upkeep of monitoring tools to track infrastructure performance, covering networking, servers, and security, with regular reporting.

* Handling audits, procurement, and management of IT assets throughout the company, including software licenses, hardware warranties, equipment distribution, and web domains and hosting.

Key Skills Required * Proficiency in Office 36- Admin, SharePoint, Exchange, Entra, Teams * Proficiency in Google Workspace * Experienced with Windows and Mac Operating Systems * Hands-on experience with email migration, in particular Google Workspace to Office 365.

* Experience with Job management systems, Workpal highly regarded * Skill in developing and managing SharePoint sites. * Experience in setting up and managing VOIP phone systems. * Strong understanding of GDPR regulations and their implementation in IT practices #J-18808-Ljbffr
