Our goal is to become the centralized hub for all radioactive waste management and disposal solutions in the UK. Being a crucial component of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) group, we share the collective mission of effectively and securely clearing up nuclear sites in a sustainable manner.

**Job Title: HR Director**

**Responsibilities:**
- Implementing corporate decisions and initiatives, focusing on long-term strategic vision and integrated people strategy.
- Inspiring and developing HR teams to uphold resilience, consistency, and quality standards.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders such as the NWS board, trades unions, regulators, and NDA group to execute essential programs and projects.

**Requirements:**
- Possession of a professionally recognized HR qualification with Chartered Membership of CIPD.
- Prior experience in operational HR leadership within a complex, multi-discipline/matrix style organizational setup.
- Strong expertise in employee relations for strategic initiatives and planning.
