Customer Service & Admin Executive - Part-Time

Ross-on-Wye

£17,250 per annum, plus Employee Assistance Programme, Pension Scheme, Recommend a Friend Bonus Scheme, Life Assurance and opportunities for training and development.**We have a great opportunity to join our friendly admin team at the Ross-on-Wye site.

The role will include:

  • Providing consistently high standards of quality service to all existing and internal customers;
  • Providing service and product information and resolving service enquiries;
  • Ensuring all site personnel records, wages, purchasing and general admin tasks are completed to company standards.


The role is offered on a permanent part-time bases, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 3.00 pm - 6 hours a day.

We are looking for someone with the following skills and traits:
Customer Service Skills - Problem Solving - Quick Solutions

Ability to work under pressure - work to deadlines (KPI's)

Administration skills/experience - attention to detail

Discretion/confidentiality

Computer skills (MS Office) - training will be given on in house systems

Positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team

Eligibility to work in the UK
